Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Costs

We will cover the return shipping cost if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
  • You received the wrong item due to a warehouse error.

In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label after you send us photos of the issue.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost if:

  • You no longer want the product after receiving it.
  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake.

In these situations, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@orinova.store. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it for free.
  • If the order is already in transit, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation. In this case, you can refuse the package upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the item is returned to our warehouse.
